4 things to include in your diet in order to lose weight quick

“What foods should I be eating in order to lose weight quick?” That is a great question and a fairly common one that I hear from people who need to lose weight fast. As you know there is so much new information coming out everyday, saying that “X food is now good for you but Y food is now bad.” It is nearly impossible to sort through all the new information and  reporting to truly find out which foods will help you to a healthy way to lose weight quick and which foods won’t help you at all.

Keep in mind that alot of this really just comes down to common sense, I think most of us are aware alot of the time that certain foods we consume some times on a daily basis are not good for us or beneficial to what we are trying to achieve yet we still go right ahead and do it. Why is this? well there are a number of reasons why, in many cases but that is a whole other topic in it self. The point I am trying to get across here is that foods for a healthy way to lose weight most of the time comes down to common sense.

For a healthy way to lose weight quick here’s a look at some foods you should eat.

1. Salmon – Contains high levels of protein did you know that the long chain omega-3 fats found in salmon are the best of it’s kind. Research has shown that these fats can actually help you with losing weight quickly.

2. Almonds – Almonds contain fat, fiber, and protein – all of which will help curb your hunger. Almonds are a great fat loss snack, they are also low in carbohydrates they are extremely convenient as they provide your body with energy while keeping your blood sugar levels under control.

3. Broccoli – is a low impact carb with a nice dose of fiber. From a health perspective Broccoli contains antioxidants and phytochemicals that have been shown to help fight cancer meaning Broccoli is a true superfood. There is  some evidence to suggest that some compounds found in broccoli, Calcium D-glucarate, can bind excess estrogen in the body.

4. Green Tea – Green tea is another powerful food, like broccoli, that will have huge impacts on losing weight quickly and your overall health. Green tea contains cancer fighting compounds as well, not to mention antioxidants, caffeine, and the fat burning powerhouse EGCG. Research has shown that the combination of caffeine and EGCG, which is naturally combined in green tea can help burn extra fat resulting in you losing weight quickly.

Are you consuming an or all of the above on a daily basis? If you aren’t eating, or drinking all of these foods daily, or at least every couple days then you are not doing everything possible to lose weight fast.
